A stable and passive yoga practice, ideal for most fitness levels. It involves simple, mainly floor based poses that are held for up to 3-5 minutes. This allows the muscles to relax, through the use of the breath and work more on our ligaments and connective tissues. The stillness involved in this practice helps us to slow down, turn inward, reduce stress and restore energy levels.
