The Roundhouse is intended to offer a space where you can take some much deserved 'you time'.

We offer a combination of weekly Yoga Practices, each designed to compliment each other and all ability levels as well as monthly events and special workshops.

We cant wait to share this special space with you.
Yin Yoga
Wednesday 10:30-11:30am
Wednesday 7-8pm
A stable and passive & restorative form of yoga practice, ideal for most fitness levels.
It involves simple, mainly floor based poses that are held for up to 3-5 minutes allowing the muscles to relax, through the use of the breath and work more on our ligaments and connective tissues.
The stillness involved in this practice helps us to slow down, turn inward, reduce stress and restore energy levels.

Hatha Yoga
Monday 6-7pm

Hatha yoga is a foundational style of yoga that focuses on physical postures, breathing techniques, and mindfulness.
​
A gentle form of exercise that develops strength, flexibility, bodily relaxation, and mental concentration.
​​
Hatha yoga can be good for beginners and those looking for a more gentle activity to help reduce stress and improve mind-body awareness.

Gentle Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Thursday 7-8pm

A vinyasa is a smooth transition between asanas paired with the breath.
​
Awaken and align your body with vinyasa flow. A more creative form of yoga using breath work to move through a sequence of asanas leaving you feeling connected to both body and mind whilst building strength & flexibility.​
​
Our classes our designed to be accessible to those with a good level of mobility and are tailored to offer different levels of ability throughout the practice.​
Stretch & Sound Bath

Sound has the power to change not just our emotional and spiritual wellbeing, but our physical wellbeing too.
​
Sound baths offer the intention of healing mind, body and emotions, as well as the transformation of consciousness, itself a path to wellbeing.
​
We will begin our practice with some gently Yin Yoga to calm and bring stillness to the body and mind followed by our guided meditation through the power of sound.
​
Followed by herbal tea & cacao treats.
​
Gentle Flow Yoga & Brunch

A one hour yoga practice of gentle breath and movement followed by a delicious brunch prepared by our inhouse chef.
​
This special session is a wonderful opportunity for some time for you.
​
Bringing gentle movement into our bodies, releasing tension, aches and pains then share brunch together over wonderful vibes in the heart of nature.
