No matter who you are, whether it be a seasoned yogi or a first timer to the mat, at The Roundhouse we truly believe in both the physical and mental benefits yoga has to offer.

A transformational practice that encourages the union of body, mind and spirit allowing those who practice it the ability to reconnect with their breath, ease tension and centre the essence of their being.

Yoga helps to increase balance, strength and flexibility and can also help with poor digestion, insomnia and anxiety amongst many other things.

It helps us tune into our body's needs, rewarding us with a whole host of both physical and mental benefits. 

At the Roundhouse we believe that yoga can be accessed by all and can also be a fun and energising practice that can be shared with friends and loved ones.

We offer yoga for all levels and disciplines from restorative & meditative Yin Yoga, beginner friendly Hatha yoga and the flow of the more modern and creative Vinyasa yoga.
